Vendor & Technology Neutral Contingent Workforce Advisory

Our programs are designed with our clients best interests in mind.

HCMWorks has no ties to any staffing vendors, alternate service providers or technology firms.

We are a pure play contingent workforce advisory specialist and we're 100% vendor neutral.

This allows us the range of freedom to design, implement, manage, negotiate and optimize programs on your behalf with no vested interests or hidden agendas - only your best interests in mind.

The benefits of working with HCMWorks, a vendor neutral MSP

We provide a holistic market approach

At HCMWorks we have a clear and deep knowledge of managing a contingent workforce, staffing procurement and the associated professional services, along with access to the best VMS technologies needed to manage those services.

As a vendor neutral MSP we investigate the client’s complete talent spend footprint and analyze areas that would require support from staffing vendors. As we’re vendor neutral we would not be looking to replace staffing suppliers with our own staffing firms, in fact, we’re sourcing the best fit suppliers for our clients.

We make recommendations based on core competencies and strengths of the suppliers, rather than based on a preferential relationship. These recommendations will be based on business requirements, a Request For Proposal (RFP), market research and proprietary information to decide the correct vendor mix for our client.

No vendor ties

HCMWorks has no ties to any staffing vendors, alternate service providers or technology firms. As a pure play contingent workforce advisory service we have the freedom to design, implement, manage, negotiate and optimize programs on your behalf with no vested interests or hidden agendas.

Higher continued savings

Due to our objectivity and the overall visibility provided through VMS technology used to manage our programs, we can help our clients leverage and eliminate the incredible price variations between suppliers providing the same services.

HCMWorks ensures the enforcement of geography-specific rate cards, longevity rate reductions and supplier markup caps to further reduce our clients’ costs.

In our experience in cost savings for clients, the average a client can expect is between 7.5% - 15% in the initial year of their program and 3% - 4% on an ongoing basis.

Competitive & visible process

We ensure that the entire procure-to-pay process is customized to our clients’ needs and automated. We provide complete visibility to our clients, including their own profit levels.

As a vendor neutral MSP, we ensure every requisition is sourced, to drive maximum savings through the competitive bidding environment within the VMS tool. We will never have conflict of interest as we have no contractor base of our own, thus we will always strive to place the best candidate - not the one that will increases our own profits.

With no subsidiaries, the recommended suppliers and preferred provider programs are designed with our clients best interests in mind.

Working with HCMWorks squares the circle in the management of a growing contingent workforce, by providing a strategic solution specifically for your organization, your goals, and geared for your success.
