As we’re vendor neutral we would not be looking to replace staffing suppliers with our own staffing firms, in fact, we’re sourcing the best fit suppliers for our clients.

We make recommendations based on core competencies and strengths of the suppliers, rather than based on a preferential relationship. These recommendations will be based on business requirements, a Request For Proposal (RFP), market research and proprietary information to decide the correct vendor mix for our client.

In our experience in cost savings for clients, the average a client can expect is between 7.5% - 15% in the initial year of their program and 3% - 4% on an ongoing basis.
