Our Management Team

HCMWorks give its clients access to an experienced and diverse team of experts.

The HCMWorks’ account management team includes individuals with over 20+ years of individual experience in varying HR, technology, procurement and compliance roles.

All are familiar with recruiting and management within the professional services and IT segments as well as other non-IT positions. HCMWorks has been very successful at managing complex client/staffing vendor relationships across multiple sectors of the economy. We are well versed to deal with global corporations, government and public sector organizations, as well as small & medium sized businesses.

Our Team

Over many years as contingent workforce experts, we’ve identified the specific qualities and profiles required to enable our programs to achieve success. We use a mix of established and homegrown HCMWorks subject matter experts to mentor and support our growing pool of experts. All our resources receive extensive training to quickly adopt and project the HCMWorks work culture. HCMWorks works closely with all its clients to make sure they are comfortable with our approach, having the right resources working with them.
