As President and CEO, through her team, Julia provides consulting services and best practice insight to some of the largest users of contingent, indirect services, IT services, and vendor management to assist them in optimizing spend, savings, visibility, and compliance with the goal of creating sustainable programs that realize significant results.

Her many accomplishments over the past 28 years have come in the areas of strategic planning, growth and development of numerous organizations across Canada.
