Location: HCMWorks Inc. – Ottawa, ON & Montréal, QC

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: HCMWorks is a workforce management advisory firm, delivering outsourced managed service programs to large corporate clients in a highly technological environment. We are looking for a candidate to join our dedicated client facing teams on customer premises. The ideal candidate will apply their multiple skills to help in the growth of our programs. This requires an ability to develop client relationships while supporting our operational and strategic activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely within a team to manage day to day program operations in the context of cloud technology
  • Supply customers with reports on program performance and develop deep dive presentations supported by analytical data
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, through reporting, business acumen and judgment
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships (internal and external)
  • Present and promote new ideas to convince existing and prospective users
  • Work in teams to manage new initiatives and deliverables affecting multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Apply negotiation strategies to close deals on optimal terms
  • Find solutions and alternatives to resolve customer problems and complaints quickly
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or comparable area of study
  • Past experience in client facing environments or situations (desirable)
  • Having worked in the context of a large corporation and enterprise technology (desirable)
  • Available to work in the Montreal and/or Ottawa Region
  • Ability to influence
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (English and French obligatory)
  • Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strategic mindset, highly motivated and target driven

Hard Skills:

  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information
  • Advanced MS office suite
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Working experience with cloud technology solutions
